Saikou Drammeh, a three-year-old boy from Tanji, passed away after an unsuccessful operation on Thursday, 27th August 2026. Askanwi Media had published a report about Saikou Drammeh on 31st May 2026, appealing for support for the boy, who was left with an opening in his stomach through which he passed stool.
